They were friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout, with excellent knowledge and expertise. I’ve had this procedure done many times before, but this was the first time anyone explained that the shape of my ear canal is unusual and may be contributing to the problem. Everything was explained clearly, and I’m very pleased with the care and service I received. I would highly recommend this pharmacy and will definatly be using them again.
